| Prices | Every price is shown on the pricing page, and again in credits before each generation runs. Credits are bought in US dollars: at the standard top-up rate, US$1 = 100 credits. Taxes may apply and are shown at checkout. |

| When the service is delivered | Credits are added to your balance as soon as your payment is confirmed. Each generation starts when you submit it, and its result is delivered as soon as it is ready. |
| Memberships | Renews monthly. Membership credits expire at the end of each billing month; top-up credits are kept. Cancel any time: benefits last to the end of the paid month. Price excludes sales tax, added at checkout where it applies. |
| Refunds and cancellation | A job that fails, is cancelled before the model provider accepts it, or has its content rejected is not charged: the credits held for it are released automatically. If only one step of a multi-step job fails, only that step is released. Unused top-up credits can be refunded on request within 12 months of purchase, to the original payment method, less payment fees we cannot recover. Promotional and bonus credits are not refundable. Free trial credits, when we offer them, are free: they cannot be exchanged for money and expire 14 days after you take them. Write to support@pershot.app from your account email with the order or job ID. We will reply by email. |
| Credit validity | Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; whatever is unused after that expires. Promotional credits carry their own expiry date. Your balance shows each date, and credits that expire soonest are used first. |
