Acceptableuse

01Never allowed

• Any sexual content involving minors, or any sexualisation of minors.
• Sexually explicit content.
• Content that promotes hate or harassment against people because of protected characteristics.
• Graphic violence, or content that encourages self-harm or violence.
• Content that helps someone commit a crime, including fraud and the trade in weapons or drugs.
• Malware, spam, or attempts to attack or overload the Service.

02Real people

• Use a real person's likeness or voice only with their permission.
• No deceptive depictions of real people meant to mislead, including public figures and political content.
• No intimate or sexual content of real people.

03Brands and copyright

Use trademarks, characters and copyrighted material only if you have the rights to. Do not suggest that a brand endorses you.

04Safety systems and labels

Do not try to get around our content checks or the model providers' checks, and do not remove AI labels, watermarks or metadata.

05API and MCP

• Do not share or resell API keys or raw model access.
• Respect rate limits. No scraping or load testing without our written permission.
• Agents you connect act on your behalf, and you are responsible for what they do with your account.

06Regions

The Service is not offered where our suppliers or the law do not allow it. Do not use VPNs or other accounts to get around regional limits.

07Enforcement

We may block content, stop jobs, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal content to the authorities. Credits spent on content that breaks this policy are not refunded.
