The rulesthat protect the budget
- Price check first
- Import only checks and prices the rows. Nothing is generated or charged until you run the batch.
- Samples first
- Turn it on and 3 samples run first. Only you can approve them, on the web, not an AI agent or an API key. Approve them and the rest runs; reject them and the held credits are refunded.
- Batch cap
- The whole batch has a cap, and each row has its own budget and status.
- Retry failed only
- Rows that succeeded are never re-run or re-charged.
- Export
- Files named by SKU, a shot list and a parameter summary. You can export approved takes only.
- Limits
- Multi-line mode takes up to 10 prompts. A sheet (CSV or Excel) is checked and priced row by row, and the price check shows your batch limit before anything runs.

When am I charged?
Only when a row runs. Import and the price check are free, and every row is priced before you start.
What if some rows fail?
Their credits are refunded and you can retry just those rows. Rows that made a video are charged and never re-run.
How big can a batch be?
Up to 10 prompts in multi-line mode. With a sheet, the limit depends on your plan, and the price check shows it before anything runs.
Can I run batches from code?
Yes. POST /v1/batches takes the rows as a list of items with a cap for the whole batch; each item is priced and held like a single job.
